Environmental Consulting
PrecisionEMC is a recognized leader in providing clients with technically sound and cost effective solutions in the cleanup of contaminated materials from project sites. Precision works closely with our clients to carefully characterize on-site contaminated materials for either on-site reuse or for off-site disposal to ensure that all materials are disposed of in strict accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations. The company's proprietary soil management plan leads the industry on comprehensive site remediation projects. Precision can also provide in-house Licensed Site Professional (LSP) services for our clients.

Plan Development
PrecisionEMC staff has extensive experience in developing the plans general contractors need on their sites. The company's mission is to develop these required plans quickly and accurately, in accordance with job specifications, to allow contractors to proceed rapidly with project work. Typical plans include: T&D Contaminated Soils, Waste Management, Sediment Sampling, Dust, Vapor, Odor Control, Air Monitoring, Equipment Decontamination, Erosion and Sedimentation Control, Dewatering Discharge, Groundwater Treatment, RAM, URAM, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure.

Transportation and Disposal of Contaminated Soils
PrecisionEMC is an industry leader in providing contaminated soils disposal. The company's wide array of services includes on-site sampling, certified laboratory testing, soil sampling plan development, MA/DEP BOL and MSR preparation and approvals, transportation and disposal services. PrecisionEMC provide all types of disposal facility options including less- than-RCS-1sites, unlined and lined landfills, in-state and out-of-state recycling facilities and RCRA and TSCA licensed disposal landfills.

Transportation and Disposal of Construction/Demolition Materials
PrecisionEMC leads the New England area in providing low-cost transportation and disposal of a variety of construction and demolition related materials including coated concrete, large concrete slabs, roofing materials, mixed C&D, straight brick, mixed rubble, stumps, steel, catch basin sediments, street sweepings, creosote treated wood, and street sweepings and creosote treated wood.
