Marty has over twenty five years experience in the construction industry.  Her career began at a large heavy highway contractor, Charles H. Hamilton Company of Cinciatti, Ohio where she held the position of controller.  After relocating to New England in 1999 Marty joined the accounting staff at a large New England firm.  

Marty has been with W. L. French Excavating Corporation for over two years.  She plays a vital role in the companies controlled growth as well as day to day operations.  She has an avid love for construction and truly enjoys the field.  She also enjoys golf and hiking.  She is the proud mother of Russ and grandmother to Titus, both of Kentucky,
